  • PAYMENT AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
    Payment options Payments can be made via PayPal, instant bank transfer or by credit card. Delivery costs Delivery costs can vary depending on the size, weight, and artwork type. The insurance will cover physical damage to artwork during shipping anywhere in the world. After your final payment, your painting will be carefully packaged and shipped via DHL or UPS. Delivery time Delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days in Germany. The delivery time may vary for orders from outside Germany. Depending on the region, delivery times may be extended temporarily. Delivery time to countries within EU: Standard delivery time: 3-14 business days Delivery time to countries outside the EU: Standard delivery time: 14-21 days Please note that for all orders shipped to customers outside the EU, the recipient is liable to pay any local taxes and import duties that may occur upon delivery.
  • FREE RETURNS POLICY AND REFUNDS
    If you’d like to return your artwork, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a courier to collect the artwork and return it to us, with all return shipping costs covered by us. We’ll then process your refund (minus your original shipping cost) once the artwork has been delivered and condition checked by our operations team. Refunds back to your card will take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.
  • RENTING AN ARTWORK
    Artwork rentals in Germany Artwork rentals are only available for residential collectors in Germany. Collectors outside the Germany who wish to rent artworks can email drstierlee.art@gmail.com Payment You’ll be charged for the first rental payment when you place your order online. This includes your first month’s artwork rental fee, any shipping costs and optional damage waiver. Following payments will be automatically taken via instant bank transfer or direct debit, and will begin one month after you’ve received the artwork. You’ll be charged monthly, and can cancel at any time. If you love the artwork and decide you'd like to buy it, we offer the option for you to purchase your rental artwork.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
